Site Setting giving error in DNN 7.3.1 (Admin > Site Settings - Critical Error )

Today i found the solution for DNN 7.3.1 Bug. When you tried to access the Admin > Site Settings you will find the critical error

Message:

Here is a Solution

Update the Portal Settings Tables under your SQL 

DefaultAdminContainer 
DefaultAdminSkin
DefaultPortalContainer
DefaultPortalSkin

To same like values like your folder Actual Name Make sure it's case sensetive. 

Once you open the table you can find the values some thing like this in lower case. 

Default Look that makes the problem

Convert these values in to Same like your folder Name
Updated Look that solve your problem

In last Click on the 
Tools > Clear Cache
Tools > Recycle Application Domain

The Tool option you will find after  Admin / Host / button at the Ribbion Bar in DNN 7.3.1

DNN 7 Won't go into edit mode or not working with control bar

Dear All, Today when i install the DNN 7 then i found and issue in edit mode after installation. The problem is when i go to edit mode the page refresh with out enabling the edit mode, after a short research on Google i found the solution. I hppe it save your time 1. backup your web.config 2.
