Sys.ArgumentException: Cannot deserialize. The data does not correspond to valid JSON.

Dear all, Today i was faced a problem problem setting up Blog module, one of the exception blocks is shown below: Error: Blog is currently unavailable. DotNetNuke.Services.Exceptions.ModuleLoadException: A network-related or instance-specific error occurred while establishing a connection to SQL Server. The server was not found or was not accessible. Verify that the instance name is correct and that SQL Server is configured to allow remote connections.
